Phila. Protesters Call for Money for Antiviolence Program
Hundreds of people gathered Wednesday afternoon in Philadelphia's "Love Park" to urge the Pennsylvania legislature to provide money for violence prevention programs aimed at young people.
A chant laid out the basics:
"Programs, not prisons!"
