Charges were expected to be filed on Wednesday against a Citizens Bank Park janitor in the case of the missing world championship ring.
The ring -- belonging to an unnamed Phillies' marketing executive who took it off to wash his hands -- is now back on its proper finger, having been found in a utility closet at the ballpark.
The Phillies' employee told police he took the ring off Monday to wash his hands and inadvertently left it in the bathroom. He said he returned a half-hour later to find the ring gone.
